Anna Silk
Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is Anna Silk (born January 31, 1974) is a Canadian actress who is most well-known for her role as Bo in the Showcase TV show Lost Girl. Silk was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk are the parents of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright as well as director, and she plays the role of drama instructor on the drama department at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers her very first memory when she was at rehearsals for play with her mom. Silk produced a number of commercials when she was still a child. She received a Bachelor's of Arts in 1997 from St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced two of its first productions: Seven Menus, and The Kitchen. Silk was moved to Toronto Canada in the month of November of 1999, to keep acting. After that, she relocated into Los Angeles California during the following decade. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007 after they met at an actor's' Workshop in Los Angeles. Following their engagement in 2008, the couple were married in the year 2009. After she had converted to Judaism the couple renewed their wedding vows at the Jewish ceremony on the 10th of April 2011 in Fredericton. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her son, Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born child on the 13th of May 2016. Silk's work on television includes the role of Cassidy Holland in Being Erica in which she was awarded a Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. The Canadian drama Lost Girl cast her as Bo Dennis, the lead character in the succubus. Silk was pregnant during production of the season three finale, and revealed this to the viewers during the Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on 6 January 2013. Silk is involved in the production of Lost Girl since the final season episode was first conceived on January 6 2013. She announced via Twitter her readiness to return on the 4th of June 2013 when Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production of fourth season. CNN's Cable News Network named her role as Bo along with Lauren (Zoie Parker) in Lost Girl as same-sex couples as one of their most-loved television Couples. E! named them as the most popular Television Couple for 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk's growth has brought an enormous online following through social networks.
